Who We Are
Dawn Osborne - Keynote Speaker, CEO, Entrepreneur and Motivational Speaker has committed over 15 years to raising awareness in many communities as an accomplished development professional. Her specific areas of expertise are grants/proposal management, contract compliance/monitoring and the provision of technical assistance to non-profit organizations. She has raised more than 25 million dollars for agencies - both locally and nationally. Born in Providence Rhode Island and raised in Los Angeles California. She is the eldest daughter of legendary singer Jeffrey Osborne, and the proud mother of two children. Her talent and ability to “Woo” crowds comes in a form a little different than her fathers. She is a dynamic and powerful speaker that inspires and motivates crowds wherever she goes.
Over the years she has become known for taking small non-profits and using out of the box strategies to increase revenue and expand services. In addition to her grant writing expertise she specializes in raising unrestricted dollars through the production of special events and the development of major fund-raising campaigns. She has worked on events ranging from the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles to the 2006 Spirit of Peace Awards. Ms. Osborne has assisted numerous corporations and non-profit agencies in the development and implementation of strategic plans for fund development, donor cultivation, and corporate marketing. She has written and directed multi-million dollar social service programs for non-profit agencies across the country. Her goal is to position organizations for long lasting corporate partnerships.
Her clientele includes H.E.L.P.ER. Foundation, YWCA of Los Angeles, AADAP, Los Angeles Metropolitan Churches, Public Health Foundation Enterprises. Dawn is founder and CEO of Next Level Management and Consulting Services in Los Angeles, Ca. Board affiliations include Loving Care for Every One, FAMLI, The Joseph Rosemond Foundation for Arts, Entertainment & Education and The Pilgrimage Foundation. Her accolades have included Recognition from Supervisor Yvonne Burke and Los Angeles City Council. Dawn is a speaker with "Burrell Speaks" in Beverly Hills, California.
Kevin L. Smith, a Los Angeles native, is a licensed real estate broker who has owned a thriving real estate brokerage firm, KANMCO, since 1984. His company, Kanmco provides real estate sales and consulting services, and property management. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has also been licensed in Securities, and Life and Disability.
Kevin L. Smith, is a published author who uses his experience to coach, and consult professionals in the areas of real estate and entrepreneurship. His observation of the general absence of practical financial literacy and effective financial training led him to write the book “Do You Want Profits or Paychecks?”
He is a frequently requested lecturer at universities and colleges across the country, and a recurring guest on radio and television programs speaking on topics related to real estate, finance and entrepreneurship. He is an Assistant Professor at West Los Angeles College where he teaches real estate, business, and economics both in class room and online.
Lisa Laster (Director of Business Relations)
As head of our Business Relations division Lisa works with small businesses, churches, and non-profit entities to align their operations with regulatory guidelines. She has over 25 years experience in special event planning. Ms. Laster is a public relations and marketing specialist whose philosophy is to place the best interests of its clients first. In marketing services she is known for negotiating the best rates for all radio, television, print and web ads and passing the savings on to the client. Lisa possess a Bachelors in Business Administration.
